I was thinking the same thing, but was too lazy and forgetful to post it here.

Maybe it could be sort-of-tabbed, like the customization interface was, last time I checked (have no idea what the new one looks like, because I've heard stories of styles reverting to default just from visiting it).

Yes to both, provided a non-tabbed version exists for older browsers and smaller screens.

Yes please. It's a bit annoying to not have links back. I also do like the suggestion from damnitnicole - creating a tabbed interface such as the new customization one would be neat, but seeing as the editinfo page(s) just went through a major change, I'm not sure how willing the devs would be to do it all over again. :p
