Short, concise description of the idea
Simply add one (or two) more codec(s) for the embedded player for those of us who prefer to use Ogg Vorbis (or GSM-encoded WAV).

Full description of the idea
By now, I think everyone's seen the new Flash-based voice post player. For those without Flash, and for posterity, it is a small (something like 200x64 px) application that can download and stream a voice post in frame for you, no external player required.
An ordered list of benefits

• I (and many others) like using Vorbis for political reasons (sad isn't it?), but Vorbis playback is tricky on certain platforms (especially locked-down systems or default Windows or Mac systems)
• It would create a unified interface to voice posts
• It would save voice post listeners some trouble

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• Flash might not support Ogg Vorbis playback
• ... or GSM-encoded WAV for that matter

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

• Perhaps add file extension checking to the Flash player, as the files are trusted (if voice posts end up allowing for remote audio links, this may have to be disabled) to tell it what codec to use
• You could always search for the magic numbers, but that seems like more work to me.
