The IP should be rendered in HTML, which performs a whois lookup.

• It must be coded.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

• In python, there is a "socket.gethostbyaddr", which just calls the underlying function in the socket library. I'm not sure how it works.
  
  Normally, I use samspade.org. I don't know if it is possible to do this through them via a webapp. Usually, samspade.org uses ARIN.net.
