Quote button is not accessable from any page that is not "?mode=reply".

Full description of the idea
On the normal post/comment view "?style=mine", there is the "Quick Reply" comment entry. However this does not have the quote button, and this is where one would hi-light the post to quote it. However, when you click on more options, you get the quote button, but now nothing to quote!

• Greater functionality from the quote button due to access from more views.

• Add quote button right of subject box, as there is already whitespace there.
