It seems to be a button that sits on your web broswer toolbar that will update your Blogger blog with whatever page you are currently visiting. Could LiveJournal have something similar?

• kind of nifty

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• inappropriate links

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

• it may be a pain in the arse to code.
• copyright infringement...?
