The ability for the maintainer to edit posts made by other users within their community.
Full description of the idea
There have been some instances, where I would like to have used lj-cut on certain posts within my community. Some members don't know how to do it, and even after I explain it to them, they still don't do it. It simply makes a community look so much neater if there aren't really long posts blocking up the view. It would be nice if I had the ability as maintainer to go ahead and edit these peoples posts so that I can put an lj-cut into it.

Maintainers may abuse this right and edit posts to contain things other than what the user posting has written.

An organized list, or a few short paragraphs detailing suggestions for implementation

Possibly just the ability for a maintainer to enter an lj-cut tag into someone else's entry would suffice. I'm not too sure how that would go about, however.
