Little Thing/Easy Fix: Counterintuitive input boxes in directory search

Counterintuitive "By Location" search! Have the input boxes in the order of "City, State" instead of "State, City"

OK, this is bugging the heck outta me! I don't know where you people are from, but when I think of a location, City comes FIRST and then the state! But for the directory search, the State input box is above the city input box!! I've made so many mistakes typing in a location it's not even funny!
An ordered list of benefits

This would make it much easier and more intuitive to search people by their location when I'm half-asleep at 2AM and have nothing better to do. I'm sick of typing in "Seattle" and then "WA," only to have it say, "No matches for WA, Seattle." BOO!!!
