Add a filter for languages other than Russian to the list of open support requests.

Full description of the idea
This pertains to the open support requests at http://www.livejournal.com/support/help.bml. Currently, support requests can be filtered by various types (e.g. ScrapBook, Style Systems, etc.). The only language filter is one which allows the user to see only Russian support requests. For those who don't read Russian, I request at least one additional filter, to enable the user to see only requests in English, as the rest of your users are predominantly English speakers or readers.
An ordered list of benefits

• Ability for English readers to scan through support requests quickly, to see whether a specific one has been answered or whether there's been a repetition of a particular kind of problem.
• Ease of use for people using "Readability"-style apps to read LJ
