Having a replace Button available for LJ users.

Full description of the idea
Many LJ users try and make sure that their userpics follow a specific order to look orderly and good on their page. If that user wants to switch one icon out for another later on, they have to delete all the Icons back to that point. With this idea the user could just check the REPLACE checkbox under an icon and switch it out that way. Making changing an icon less time consuming and more enjoyable.
