Title
Enhanced Support for LJ on Mobile Browsers

Short, concise description of the idea
On mobile browsers (i.e. those on a phone) the site becomes difficult to use as many of the standard features do not function correctly, such as drop-down menus, link location, and accurate colors.

Full description of the idea
In trying to view journals while on a mobile device (specifically Android in my case, although I know Apple phones have similar issues), many problems become quickly apparent. In particular, drop-down menus do not function properly, meaning it is impossible to post comments in any format other than the logged in username, select icons, and other drop-down selections. Oftentimes link location is offset from the actual link text, so it becomes difficult to select the link. In addition, many pages do not have mobile equivalents, which can make them nigh unviewable. These issues occur in all Android browsers that I've tried, including the standard browser, Firefox Mobile, Skyfire, Opera Mobile, Dolphin Browser, InBrowser, and iBrowser.
