Yes, a thousand times yes. This is sorely needed, and LJ should have included this from early on.

I have fewer icons than a lot of people (a mere 132 of 214), and I would still LOVE a way to organize them that has nothing to do with the date they were uploaded or the alphabetical order of the keywords.
