Title
New Email Template for Suspected Spam Comments

Short, concise description of the idea
In order to help eliminate confusion for users who monitor comments via email, a new email template for comments that are suspected to be spam should be developed.

Full description of the idea
LiveJournal recently introduced a new feature that hides comments suspected to be spam in a way that only the user who posted the entry or community maintainers can see. However, the emails sent for these comments use the same message template as regular comments. If a user navigates to the entry containing the potential spam comment without using a link to see the spam comments, they do not see the comment. This results in confusion as users think they are getting spoofed emails, comment notifications for other users, and the like.

Create a new email template that specifically reports that the entry has received a comment which LiveJournal believes may be spam and provides clear directions on how to address the comment.
