Short, concise description of the idea
Having individual tags skip further back than '380' would be more useful to those of us who have many entries posted over the years and use one specific tag a lot.

Full description of the idea
Personally, I use my LJ for both personal posts and posting fanfiction, so the tag system is a very important tool to me, but lately, my 'fanfiction' tag has reached almost 500 tags, and that causes a problem. With the way the system is now, one can only skip back to '380' entries on any given tag. After years of being on LJ, this tag is not the only tag I have that is nearing over 400, so when I click the previous button and get sent to the last day instead of the previous page of tags, it gets aggravating.
An ordered list of benefits

• LJ users with many entries can use their tags more effectively as needed.
• LJ users do not have to split a tag to be able to go back to the previous tag pages.
• This will be very useful for archiving.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• I do not see a drawback other than what happens every time LJ updates.
