Spam Reporting in Communities

Short, concise description of the idea
This would grant members the ability to report SPAM in communities, something only maintainers can do at the moment.

I like the idea, but do feel the moderator (maintainer) should automatically be notified when this happens.

Sometimes a moderator misses things, but is still actively involved in a community. So it seems right to keep them in the loop somehow...

But YES -- I do think SPAM should always be addressed as quickly as possible. And we all know some of these things contain viruses, so...

Yeah, I agree the mods/maintainers should be notified. I think it's silly we can report obviously adult/pornographic things but we don't have the ability to report spam unless we are a maintainer/owner of a community.

If this was implemented, a report to the maintainer should also include the username of the user who made the report - that might cut down on people reporting others out of spite.

Or maybe the ability for maintainers to decide in their community options whether or not they want members reporting spam.
