Add an option to make posts in a community visible to maintainers only.

Full description of the idea
When posting to a community as a maintainer, it would be nice to have a security setting of maintainers-only instead of the just the current members and public settings.
An ordered list of benefits

• I supposed it comes down a lot to the nature of the community, but I think it would be useful in challenge or contest-type communities, where a lot of planning is involved.
• It could also be useful in communities with a lot of maintainers, if they aren't all friends with each other and can't/won't communicate well through email.

• I have no experience with coding so I don't know what kind of effort would be involved with this.
