I want to be able to track edits to an entry.

Full description of the idea
If I track a friend's entry, I am notified of comments there, and of edits on the comments there, but I am not notified of edits to the entry itself. Please let us turn that on. My preference would be that it is always on. The fact that it off now is not a missing feature, it is a bug, but I was directed to request it as a feature.
An ordered list of benefits

• If my friend updates an entry, adding to it in installments, I currently only get a notification of the entry creation and not of the additions or changes. Some people write long notes in stages, saving them into LJ as they go rather than keeping them in a local file until complete.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• You will have to add some code to catch this and set up the LJ Inbox item for it (and whatever other notification channels are active), but hopefully that's small work since it falls into doing the same notifications as the existing tracking features.
• Someone will probably request that this feature be separate from tracking of comments on an entry. Ignore them and make it easy and simple. Comments and edits on comments are already not separable. The single feature of tracking an entry should notify us of any changes on, in, or around an entry.
