Better tracking by sorting them into Folders and having the option of being notified when a track is no longer avalible due to a change such as a renamed tag, deleted post, etc.

Full description of the idea
Being someone who tracks a great deal of entries and journals, it would be wonderful if we had the option to organize what we track into folders or something of the like. And also being notified once a track is no longer working due to the user renaming or deleting a tag would also be a great help. That way I can go back to that post or journal and update what I want to track.

An ordered list of benefits

• Better way to go and find a tag/post/journal that I want to un-track or change.
• Being informed when a track is no longer working and therefore able to update it.
• "My Account Settings" page will load faster when not bogged down by so many subscription tracks that need to load.

An ordered list of problems/issues involved

• Honestly can't think of any drawbacks.
