Full description of the idea
Add commands to the admin console to allow for assigning notes to paid journals. Perhaps something like: set_notation with the note itself being in quotes. Or, if quotes are not allowed to bracket in the spaces, note-users can get creative with underscores, dashes, etc to break where they would like spaces to exist. It would make it considerably easier to add notations to all of the journals on your friends list journals in a short period of time, or to generate a lot of similar notations for different friended-journals without having to paste into each of the forms on the manage notes page.
