New account e-mail confirmation page

Title
New account e-mail confirmation page

Short, concise description of the idea
The page used to confirm an update to the account e-mail should show something other than "LiveJournal 101".

Full description of the idea
I just updated the e-mail I use to get my notifications, and the final page of the process, the one I get after clicking the e-mailed verification link, contains a confirmation message followed by basic information on what LJ is.

This makes perfect sense when someone is verifying their e-mail after account creation - but to me, after using LJ for six years a page explaining "What is a journal?" seems a little out of place. If it's possible to make this page context-sensitive, information on account security or notification settings should be more useful to users changing their e-mail after the account setup, or a certain period of time after account creation.
