Short, concise description of the idea
Restructure the "Virtual Gifts" section at the bottom of http://www.livejournal.com/manage/profile/ to allow accepting vgifts from flist members only, and to make it impossible for anyone (flist or not) to send anonymous vgifts.
Full description of the idea
As explained in http://www.livejournal.com/support/see_request.bml?id=1073605#e4154009, if I elect to accept vgifts from flist members only, I can't force them to send nominative vgifts, and if I want to disable anonymous vgifts, I can only do so by accepting (nominative) vgifts from any LJ user. This suggestion would change that, by splitting the "Don't accept anonymous gifts" menu option into its own checkbox, like "Disable sponsored only", and keeping only the "Accept all", "Accept from friends only", and "Disable all" options in the "Manage receipt of virtual gifts:" pulldown menu (or any alternative UI that achieves the same result - the above is not necessarily the best design, only the first that came to my mind).
