Move comment edit timestamp to metadata bar

Title
Move comment edit timestamp to metadata bar

Short, concise description of the idea
Move the "this comment was edited" notice out from the bottom of the comment and into the metadata section (with username, userpic, time comment was left).

Full description of the idea
Since the fact that the comment was edited, and the time that happened, is technically not part of the comment itself, why is it at the bottom of the comment?

It would probably make more sense to have it in the metadata area, with the icon, username, original timestamp, IP address, and so forth.

This came from the comments of one of those suggestions with 50+ comments and a lot of yelling.
An ordered list of benefits
  • Makes more sense.
  • People who think it's ugly could style it more easily in S2 custom comments pages.
An ordered list of problems/issues involved
  • It's moving a well-established thing, and change disconcerts people.
  • People might ignore it more.
  • There are so very many more things that deserve developer attention before this.
