-no power-
Hurricanes suck, I'm so moving out of here as soon as I have enough money saved.
So yet another hurricane came through here and did lots of damage. Uber lame. There's no power in my house at the moment and probably won't be for the rest of the week. So yea the hurricane came and owned my mom's bathroom window. I was downstairs sleeping when my sister came running down the stairs screaming my name I was like wtf. She just kept screaming so Odvar asked her what happend. Pretty much she didnt respond so we run upstairs. We spent the next 3 hours holding up some cardboard and wood so the wind pressure wouldn't blow the damn house apart. It was not fun. At one point I thought there was a tornado outside so I started yelling at my mom for not buying any food. (Food is very important for me :-/) haha so yea.
W/e we went to sleep after the chaos and woke up at around 1pm. My sister had called my dad and the fucking bastard never lost power so we said we were going over. Went over ate some good food, then drove around to see if anything was open. There was a lot of random stuff going on in the streets.
So in total damage to my house, I believe I have no roof shingles anymore, my mom's bathroom window got owned, and one of my fence's in the backyard fell over. Oh and there's fucking insulation everywhere, I'm super allergic to it :-/ My mom cleaned it up but theres some on my car ew. As far as work, I don't think I'll be there for a while and they better fucking pay us or I'm going to be pissed because all the other times hurricanes came and we missed 1 or 2 days we never got payed and that made my checks $50+ short everytime. Apparently a chunk of the roof flew off, one of the doors got hit my something but didn't break, the home theatre section is flooded so no tvs and the training room is messed up, so that also means the DI department is non exsistent since it leaks even when it's sprinkling out. So yea I hate that place.
Um whatelse what else I dunno, there's a curfew tonite as well at 8 so yea.
I do however love the weather its nice and cool, for once. I really fucking hate this city :D
