Made an underskirt to go under the cuppycake dress

Fully elasticized waistband.... the material was a little thinner than I thought it was... but eh; underskirt.
Was going to make it a bustle to put under other skirts but it was so quick that I'll just do a real bustle one when I get thicker material.
Made sure to tie the halter tight enough this time... too bad I didn't tie the waist bow very well haha... XD
