(no subject)
Let's see here, not too much to update really. I got letters from boys! Christian and Blaine. Woo! Both seem to be purely platonic and I'm thoroughly confused as to who I fancy and what I want so I've decided to ignore the entire issue and just go around being my usual flirty, interesting self and enjoying the company of boys that I like and if anything more comes of it then so be it but I'll be happy even if it doesn't. Now if only I can maintain this attitude for longer than an hour I'll be well chuffed.
I've been doing a bit of writing tonight, hurrah! It depresses me how little I have done but I suppose I ought to be happy whenever I get struck by an inspiration whatsoever. It is a bit frustrating though because I keep getting bursts of inspiration for Northern Soul and I would rather be working on James' story since I've got much more hope of finishing that book sometime this century. But I suppose the muse is a fickle master and all that so it's out of my hands really.
With regard to my writing, I actually need a wee bit of help. If there is anyone out there who knows a fair bit about British football teams (I expect a basic knowledge would do fine) and could promise to not laugh at me because I don't know fuck all about it, I have a bit of writing I need edited. Basically, there is a bit of football jargon in there that I'm fairly sure is completely inaccurate as I just threw some random teams and words like 'second division' in there and I really don't have a clue if this scenario is even possible, so if someone could be nice enough to tell me what it ought to say that would be lovely. Let me know if you would like to provide a girl with a little help, I cannot promise you any royalty checks if my novels get published but you will probably get like a dozen thank yous from me. And maybe even badges on your birthday, one never knows.
