Dear Femmes,
Please be part of the fabulous Toronto femme film
shoot! And tell all your femme friends!
there will be two different shoots on Sunday 7th
January for the femme movie: subway action in the
afternoon at 3pm and femme monument at 6pm.
Femme Monument 6pm - 7.30 pm
Let’s have femme ceremony! Let’s be a temporary
femme monument! Let’s take up our own space
where we are welcome and not welcome at all! Let’s
be outrageous and quiet and slutty and loud and
outspoken and furious and shy and hungry! My
vision is to have a long dinner table with candles
and food and juice and wine, to dine and party and
celebrate each other and film each other doing that.
Subway action
Some of us have been experimenting with- and
getting addicted to- hidden theatre in the subway.
This time lets film it!
Another femme talk
The voice-over for the movie is going to be femmes
talking about themselves, about identity and
identities linked to class and race and age and
abilities, about activism, our place in the queer
scene, about fun and about fighting...and and
and... the next meeting for that is on Thursday 6pm
