And maybe I could live forever, if not ever I had known.
So I'm in a much better
mood from yesterday. Except for the fact that I had finished this
entry and was just adding a picture to it when the power went
out. I lost the whole thing. So now I'm going to attempt to
rewrite it the same as before.
To start, work was awful yesterday. I don't really want to go into detail about it. Let's just say that it was due partly to the super hot weather, and partly to the rain and thunder and lightning. Plus, the horses wouldn't walk any faster, so we got soaked.
I couldn't sleep last night. I just kept tossing and turning. I went to bed around 10, and turned my light on around 10:30 because I was hot and couldn't sleep, so I read a magazine. I shut the light off around 11, but didn't fall asleep until around 12. Seriously, the last time that I looked at the clock was 11:52.
But this morning was fun. Em and I went to Kohls. I got a pair of earrings, and Em got a pair of jeans. Then we went to Wendy's for lunch, and Hannaford's for a drink for the walk home. I would put a picture of the earrings in here, but that would require walking all the way upstairs, putting batteries in my camera, and then transferring the picture onto the computer. Too much effort. So there will be a picture of them soon.
I spent all afternoon in the pool. I was so relaxing. I haven't just laid around in the pool for a long time. I love that weightless feeling you get when you're in the pool; it's like you're floating on the clouds. It's amazing. The only bad thing is the raisin-y texture you get on your fingers and toes. But that's okay, I can deal with it. But it is weird when you get so used to the tempurature of the pool, that the 91.5 degree air feels cold. Yea, that was a weird feeling.
Michelle; I'm sorry I can't go with you guys to the movies! I want to; I'm sorry! I'll write to you while you're at camp and tell you which songs are on the AT Top 40! =D
I think I'm getting hungry.
Oh, yea; On Sunday my mom, Em and I went to the mall. I got a new bag from AE.
The writing on it says "Let's Get Lost". Amanda, is that the same one you have? I got it for $6.95! Tell me how excited I was about that!
Edit: I finished the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince book. It was so good! Probably the best one yet. Morgan and I were talking about it yesterday at the barn and we were both like spazzing over it. Did anyone else read it?
