Movie day
Today has been dedicated to movies. I saw first The Ghosts of Cite Solie(I think thats how it's spelled). It wasn't what I was expecting, it was more about the gangs in that part of Hati than anything else, but still good. The one I saw next was by far one of the most powerful documentaries I have ever watched, however. I believe it was called, The Devil Comes on Horseback, which refers to the meaning of the Jambaweed. It was about the genocide in Darfur, and I urge everyone to see it asap. I think it is our duty as Americans, people who live in such luxury, to give up a few moments of comfort in honor of all those who are being killed in Sudan. It's a shocking, but powerful movie, please see it, even if it means making a fool of yourself crying in the theater (aka me, Sunny, and Molly)
