(no subject)
I did it. I got into chapel singers. I got into a select choir that has 4 other freshman girls in it. I will be one of 2 freshman sopranos. And it's a job. I'm getting PAID to sing. I practice twice a week and get to sing in vespers every week in our gorgeous chapel, being accompanied by an organist playing on the biggest organ on the east coast. I sing at graduation, weddings, orientation, and anyone else that wants to have us sing at an event.
And guess where I'll be on my birthday? Either Prague or the British Virgin Islands. HOW COOL IS THAT?!?!
The only downfall is that I have to drop Indian dance for modern dance but I'm totally over that. I like modern and I can take Indian next semester.
Alright so in case you can't tell...I'm pretty pumped :-D
