I cannot believe The Fox is going... to build some stupid poncey flats that no one will be able to afford. And the worst thing... it will be gone in 10 days!! I better get myself in there this weekend. Its been there since the 18th century. I'm actually really sad to see it going. Camden has changed so much in the last 5years. The alternative scene is just being pushed out and desensitized so we can all look like today's rock n roll stars... Kate Moss and Peaches Geldof. Oh please.... give us some credit!
Just look at the crowd at V festival or Reading... when you have Colleen turning up in a McQueen skull scarf you know something is wrong!
The Astoria is going to be knocked down for more or less the same thing. Its so terrible.
And my beloved Beanos is closing too... the best second hand record shop EVER! I bought some stuff today...
