In other news, pedxing and I can see everything playing at The National Ballet this year (excluding The Nutcracker) for $90, theoretically. Taking into account the best possible deals for the seats we'll be in were we general public, this is a savings of $804 (ballet tickets really are bloody expensive), and works out to $7.50 a ticket. One way or the other, we should be going to see Swan Lake scot-free in November, and probably La Sylphide as well. I'm excited.
I've never been one to get worked up over famous people. Nevertheless, it's a little weird that at work I could just dial up Karen Kain's extension from off the staff list posted in my cubicle, should the whim strike.
