Once dreamed of being a beauty queen,

Now a domestic housewife on the scene.

You say we're a two headed team
,
But only one head keeps the house so sweet and clean.

One, two three, four, five,

Of them kids out of my hive.

So they can buzz and sting like little bees,

But honey, stick to your job while I pay the fees.

I'm more than a pair of two eggs,

And would you like yours scrambled or fried?

A broom as an arm,

Bubble wash with some tide.

Isn't it your turn to read bedtime

Books to Theodora, Maxwell, Milo, and Chuck?

You claim they're too busy with their light up dollhouse

I pray they know the truth,

Of a shelter with a pseudo kind of a spouse.

Now it seems it's time to go and sleep,

In our red strawberry coated sheets

New catalog ones again.

There goes a beep beep alarm at five a.m.

Back in the game of routine

Of a domestic housewife kind of Queen.
