Looking for a Place

Hey! I am coming back to Vancouver in mid-December and would like a room in a house of people. I am looking for relatively low rent rather than size or quality, but a kitchen I could cook and bake a lot in would be great.
OK, let me know if you know of anything. I am flexible about when I move in, but January 1 would be perfect.
