I'm really upset right now.
Somebody I love is going into rehab for addiction to prescription meds.
This is not good.
& I'm going to Club Med tomorrow and staying over the three day weekend. I hope I can spend time with the person before the person has to get checked into the program.
Deja vu? I think so.
We heard from my family in Mississippi & Lousiana. Both of my aunts homes are completely destroyed. One aunt is staying with my grandmother and grandfather currently. (My grandmother of whom is still struggling for her own life). My aunt lived on lake Lake Pontchartrain in Slidelle, a beautiful 100 year old house.. now under water. My other aunt and her family (Billy, Lizzie, & Timmy - my cousins) had there roof blown off of their house and all of the items inside are completely lost. We don't know where they evacuated to, but we believe they are staying with some friends.
Atleast they have their lives.
