Hey lovlies <3
I had a really, really awesome day today. Veronica, 8th grader from my church, shadowed me all day for the IB program at WP. It was really fun and she had fun, so it was really awesome. I have to admit, though, I couldn't wait for school to get out because then I got to go over to the main campus where I met up with Tiger. We went to her house after school to get a snack and then went to the gym. I seriously haven't done weights since Varsity training at the beginning of last year. I was so ashamed cuz I'm definitely not in shape anymore like Tiger is. She was my trainer. It was pretty flippin' amazing. Then I went home and took a shower.
Today was my old youth director, Joe's, wedding shower! Can you believe it!? He's getting MARRIED. I remember always making fun of his single-ness, but I can no longer do that! Her name is Catherine and she's really pretty and nice and sweet. Then I got home at like 9:30 and asked my mom if she could take me to Relay for Life at Showalter Field @ the main campus. Relay for Life is like this thing where you pull an all nighter at the football field at Winter Park to raise money for cancer. The whole field is covered with tents, and like there are hundreds of people and like bunches of talent shows, pie eating contests, etc.
I got there pretty late at like 9:30, but it was super fun and wayyy well worth it. I chilled with my FCA homies. OMGSHHH funny story. So my phone starts ringin and its Tiger and she asks me how the shower is going. And Leah, standing next to me in the background goes "Tell her we're.... " and I put my hand over her mouth. I go oh, the shower's going great. Seee, I was gunna suprise her and run up to her and tell her I wasn't at the shower until she goes... "well, how can you be at the shower if leahs right next to you" and I turn and she was right there and Leah and I tackled her it was really funny.
Jack Droppers, probably the coolest IB kid I've ever met in my entire life, and I made this pretty sweet handshake at Relay for Life. We were gunna do it in the talent show but noooo he didn't want to. It would have been pretty sweet. There was this awesome gay guy from Rollins Step Team who did a dance to Toxic by Britney Spears. It was probably one of the most hilarious things I have ever seen in my life. I was practically choking from laughter.. yeah it was pretty good.
But then the clock struck 12, and I had to meet my mom at the concession stand. WHAT A PARTY POOPER. I was yelling at her and telling her that next year she better let me stay for the whole night and she said "we'll see." WTF. LOL, I'm sneaking out next year to go to it. I'm not even joking, you guys should all come. It's open to the public too. Anyway, I'm really tired and stuff so I'm gunna go to bed, but I'll talk to all of you cool people later.
PS. I was talking to my mom about lacrosse camps this summer and she said she may let me fly up to Virginia with Sarah Demers for a lacrosse camp or something. That would be pretty sweet, eh? Haha. Yeah. So if you play lax, or just wanna chill with me, I'm gunna have to slip you in my pocket. I'll make ya fit ;)
