if you've ever had anything to tell me, or anything to bitch to me about, or just to get off your chest about me, or have a question to ask, i have a solution: tell me right now in this journal.
You'll never get another opportunity like this in our entire lives together. I promise I won't get mad at whatever you say, or hate you for it. It won't affect me, just inform me or whatever. I will be completely honest in my response as well. I don't know why I am doing this but it will never happen again so comment now!
