It was an honest mistake!

Today pretty much rocked. I went to the homecoming parade and reminiced. Some good, mostly bad. *sigh* ah, high school. Leigha was in the parade and I ran up to take her picture, and she was like, "Mommy, here!" And handed me a melted snickers bar from her bag. Isn't she sweet? Brianna got a ton of candy thrown at her and ended up with three beaded necklaces. (the theme was Mardi Gras.) Oh, and way cool, the senior class actually donated all their money they saved up for a float to go to hurricane relief! I think that's awesome of them. When the parade was over, I picked up Leigha and we all snuck into the football arena (accidentally, I swear! There's a shortcut through my neighbor's backyard that leads you right into the field, I had no clue!) and they were having a special homecoming bar-b-que, so we all got Famous Dave's!!!! I loooove Famous Dave's. Jason and I stole a bunch of barbecue sauce for the road. Tonight I felt really and truly old, though. Class of 2010. That's right, the current freshman class! I can't believe it. That's the year of my 10 year high school reunion. They were born in 1992. It's the decade that Leigha will graduate high school in! Can you believe that? *runs upstairs and looks for crow's feet* For goodness sake, I'm only 23!!!
