I'm ambitious!
Wow, so I just made friggin' California Rolls for lunch, am I good or what? It was a little harder than I thought, but once I got the hang of it it was easier. *modest-yet-smug shrug* Anyhow, friday night me and Leigha went to the Supertones/Superchick/Sky Harbor/The Wedding show. Quite possibly the best concert I've ever been to, actually. Every band played with at least one member of another band, and at one point the Supertones actually had about seven horn players at once. *whew!* It was so funny, though, at the end of the concert (it was held at a church) the members of The Wedding got into the choir robes and ran around the stage terrorizing the band that was actually playing at the time. Too funny. Oh, and in beetween sets, they actually had a live mariachi band come onstage and play for us! It was pretty awesome. I got a couple shirts for me and Leigha and some buttons for my loverly little sister, who unfortunately lives in NV and couldn't be there with me. Superchick is her favorite band of all time.
