One year anniversary of Rachel Wilkes' death
It was one year ago today, that my dear friend, Rachel Ann Wilkes passed away. It has been a long and difficult year and is still hard to comprehend that I will never get to talk to my friend again. I still think about her nearly everyday and I miss her greatly.
Not too long ago, I created a memorial fund and guestbook page for her on the National MS Society. Rachel was diagnosed with this disease a few years prior to her death and struggled with it. I believe Rachel would have appreciated people donating to the cause and it would be a great way to honor her memory.
