What we have to share

It's strange, isn't it--how when we're sad or angry or discontent we have to share, else we burst at the seams? But when we're happy, it's fine just to have all our own good vibrations in our immediate space.

It's fantastic to share happiness, moments of elation, possible opportunities--but somehow, it feels less necessary than a good, harsh venting or bewildered, unguided mourning.

For difficult emotions we need a cleanse--talking, running, writing, planning.  For positive emotions, there's just a lot of basking and moving forward, fueled by gratitude.
