Since we brought our bikes, I've realized that I have practically NO muscle strength in my thighs. Or at least I can't take the hills near our home.
So, I brought myself a bike trainer so I can practice riding at home in preparation of taking on those hills.
The trainer arrived and I spent over 30 mins trying to install it. I was mad because all the reviews said that it was EASY TO INSTALL!! I finally asked Jon for help.
He came in and within minutes he started laughing. "you realized if you have it setup, you're going to go flying once you start peddling?"
me: what?! why!?
him: you are trying to set it up on the wrong tire. The REAR tire is the one that moves when you peddle.
me: Noooo!!! you're kidding me!!!
he proceeded to show me. I totally slapped my forehead.
Once I started to set the rear wheel on it, it was a breeze.
Luckily for me, I googled and
