Saying goodbye is a strange, horrible thing that no one should ever have to go through. I console myself with the thought that I’ll be calling all of you every day. And I try not to think about how every day will turn into once a week and then once a month.
But what’s even stranger and more horrible is not saying goodbye to everyone who used to be an immense part of my life but for various reasons slipped out of it.
In other news, I ordered a !!!Tracy Chapman!!! poster for our dorm room, and I’m slightly less unenthusiastic about going to college.
