So I jumped on the wagon and finally joined. Raymond made me! I didn't have an excuse not to, I mean I'm sitting in a hotel room with nothing to do. Now it's 2am. Should I take an Ambien? I kind of like to save the drugs for emergencies. Is this an emergency?
So this new project I'm attending a meeting on in South Africa is going to be in Malawi, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda and Jo'Berg and Durban, South Africa. Fun! I've never been to the first four countries. My passport is out of pages for the second time. I think I can add pages one more time before having to get a new one. The immigration people in Jo'Berg were not happy that I only had one page left. Apparently, I was supposed to have two even though they just needed one for the visa. Luckily, I just smiled and apologized and viola! they let me in.
Smilin' really can work wonders most days. I actually leave tomorrow. Super short trip, but it's actually been a good one so far.
