Kenya and Jump Starting Exercise

Hey!

So I've been walking as much as I can while I've been in Kenya. This really just involves walking from the hotel to the office which is about a 10 minute walk one way (on the "Safest Street in Nairobi"). But hey, at least it's something and it's up hill both ways (seriously). I've also been practicing eating when I'm slightly hungry until I'm slightly full. It's hard.

I think I'm going to spend next week riding a stationary bike at the hotel since I'll be in a different city that's hot as hell. Nairobi has been a cool 70 to 75 degrees. I'm going to get back in shape. Why? Because movement is easier in all aspects, that's why. I also can't wait to get back and start doing yoga again. I love yoga.

I also promise to never stop taking my prozac again. I'm pretty sure my mini-depression after getting off of it for a few months was to blame for my recent weight-gain.

I kind of want to live in Nairobi--I just wish I could bring all my friends along with me.
