I have come to the conclusion that Kira has a very poor understanding of criminals and which ones are worthy of capital punishment.
Take Delirium, for example, who has decided to rob me of the ability to taste sweets and has not been able to "find" it yet. Tomorrow is, as many of you know, Light-kun and Ginny-san's wedding, to which I was looking forward (for the cake I selected for them, of course--the very same cake I will now not be able to TASTE). I am not even certain if I should go tomorrow, for you know the old adage about geniuses and insanity and the very, very fine line that exists between them especially when they are deprived of the one thing that brings them unspeakable joy. But I suppose I will, since they probably ordered a seat for me and I would hate to miss such a big day for Light-kun anyway.
Now, for her transgression, I believe Delirium is one of the vilest of criminals, though I also believe that she probably does not realize it. Kira should jump at this opportunity to win my favor. (Forgive me for sounding like a blithering moron--I cannot help myself when I am angry and starved.)
I think I will go distract myself with something to stack or rearrange so as not to take up the very inviting offer of a plunge from my sixty-story window.
Final note: I had partaken in a non-sleeping contest with Killua-san and and a few of his friends. Naturally, I won. I am still deciding on what my prize should be (as the return of my sense of taste seems unlikely).
