(no subject)
well hi.
so i just got home from the modest mouse concert at congress. they played a really good set and the place was packed. you will never believe this, but they actually got the chicago crowd to move. i know, i'm still in shock. there were quite a few crowd surfers, inappropriatley, and thet got on stage...it was funny, but at the same time i thougt they were idiots. before the concert we went to this really good italian place, i think i will be full for the next 3 days...of 3 hours.
last weekend went to see limbeck, steel train, and some other band. steel train is really good, their sound seemed influenced by phish and the doors. limbeck was also good, and they were totally high on something. but it was fun.
last night jimi and i went and saw house of flying daggers, it was beautiful (more the cinematography and martial arts).
other than that....homework. i don't like school, i mean it's not right to have this much work. i'm going to try for easier classes for over the summer, and only twice a week so i can maybe have a life...that would be fun. a job would be good too, but if i wait a few semesters, i'll be interning....what to do?
