This week had been busy but fun. We have had 2 more deliveries of stock which is great fun. I love going around the warehouse deciding what to buy - shopping but on a big scale! I could easily go in there and spend over £500 on stuff just for us. But we have spend over £2000 now stock, we have a little bit left to buy from dealers direct and then we have enough to start trading.
Our website is now finished, just a few finishing touches to do, like writing the blerb for the first page and filling in all the products. That in itself is going to take forever. Every single product has to be put on the website, information given about it, a picture, it needs to be put into the correct category, needs key words adding so it comes in searches and then needs linking to other products so that the 'related products' link at the bottom works. Should be fun...not.
We have had some big problems getting the interested up and running though, Talk Talk have been pissing me off. I have been on the phone having a go at them almost every day but I think I finally got through to someone who cared on Friday and he's really tried his best and we should have internet by Tuesday. Then we can start putting everything on the website and on ebay. My new laptop should come on Wednesday too woohoo!
The car is in for its MOT tomorrow morning which is a bit of a pain, my brother is going to give me a lift back once I've dropped it off but means we probably wont end up going into the office. My brother got his new car on Friday too. It's a Grande Punto which is almost brand new, very funky inside. He's very pleased with it. My Mum and Dad got their new car a few weeks ago so I think its my turn next lol. My Mum and dad's car is a gorgeous brand new Mada 3 - very nice, I'm very jealous.
We are thinking of getting a new car in the near future. I love my car though nd would be very sad to see it go. We do need something slightly bigger for transporting stock though, I want something like a Picasso, a people carrier, but we will have to see. I really dont want to get rid of my car so I think it will be after christmas until I want to change it.
My brother starts his new job on wednesday which he's a bit nervous about. He's done well to find a job though, and its with a big company so there is loads of opportunity for him to progress. He's not very good at interviews and that kind of stuff so I think he's done ok.
Got to go now as I am suppose to be cooking duck for tea. My parents are away this weekend so ric is staying. He was supposed to making us duck pancakes but he's not feeling well so now I've got to do it, and I cant cook to save my life lol.
