- Very helpful customer service rep at Sprint, upon reviewing my messed-up account which somehow had now not one but TWO extra phone numbers (and associated charges for fees and setup) because the very slimy representative at their Dallas store had upsold me to something I didn't want (he told me it was free; it wasn't.)
