Oh, my poor head.

So, I just got back from Eugene. I was only there briefly - like an hourish. I dragged Noelle along, thinking we would get a chance to see people, but as it turns out, Monica and Christina and those girls are headed to Salem tonight (ironic) and Meghann and Hannah are both heading back to Redmond tonight. With nothing to do, we picked up my stuff, chatted a bit, and then drove our asses back to Salem. Then I ate some food and I really wish this headache would go away.

Why do I have a headache? Because I abuse substances. Hahahaha. Okay, that is basically it, but I seriously wasn't bad - we went to Bellevue, we being at first Molly, Noelle, and my. We had a bit of beer, sat around, talked, etc. Molly headed out after a bit, I can't blame her, this type of party isn't for everyone. We played some flip cup, but because my team wasn't that great I never actually got to compete, when we finished, I drank mine and flipped my cup in ONE TRY which is probably my record - usually I am not this coordinated.

It wasn't a very big party, it was meant to be larger but the people who planned it got too lazy to get a keg, so it ended up being pretty chill. There were a lot of fun people there, we talked and stuff... then we smoked a bit and I was just done. We were sitting on the porch, enjoying some fresh air, but then A. made some comment about the one time he drove drunk and T. started telling this horribly emotional and depressing story about a drunk driving incident and people he knew... then S got really awkwarded out (I found out later that T was talking about one of his friends) and left, and I was getting totally creeped out by the story, so I left and sat on the couch. I was just enjoying some quiet time when E. came over and started talking. Okay, generally I am super social, but I just wanted some quiet time to come down and I wasn't getting it. I felt bad, but at some point I just had to ask for some quiet time. Then everyone started coming in because it was cold, and everyone was talking, so I was relieved when S. recommended that we all watch Donnie Darko. I love that movie, and this was the director's cut, so it had a lot more to it than the original and it made a lot more sense... at least it would have if I hadn't fallen asleep. And if T. hadn't continued with his self righteous bullshit. But anyway, when that movie ended it was around 5am and Noelle and I walked home and I passed the fuck out in bed.

Funny additional anecdotes:

Paranoia: Suddenly, there are blue and red flashing lights outside the house, we are all sitting, completely relaxed, watching Donnie Darko. S. says calmly, "Oh, it's fine, we're all 21" except... we weren't. I wasn't. So then I was super paranoid because I already had that one bullshit MIP incident, so then I said, "S., can I go and pretend to be asleep on your bed?" and he said okay, but it smelled like incense and such, and there were some things there that would get a person in more trouble than just beer, so I came out again and decided that I would pretend to be asleep on one of the couches, so I covered myself with a blanket and tried to breathe at a normal rate. After a few minutes of quietly freaking out to myself, S. told me that it was fine and that I could come back. Apparently the cop had pulled over Jodie and A. for having a tail light out. Awesome.

Fear of moths: According to S., he had never met anyone with a fear of moths before Willamette, but now he knows several - including me. He pointed out a moth, which I hadn't seen before, then I just ended up staring at it, and it must have sensed it or something because it totally flew at me and hit my leg, causing me to jump. At some point S. removed a moth and also E. or A. removed another. It was a good thing, I was being silly and jumping whenever I THOUGHT one was anywhere near me.
