(no subject)
i just spent a total of $169.50 on makeup at maccosmetics.com. i feel like it was finally time to replace all my crappy covergirl and maybeline with high end stuff. besides since i got my blue contacts i feel like such a beauty queen lol.
school started last week and i'm lovin it. classes are great. my professors are great. i've been doing ALL of my reading and work. as a matter of fact i already finished a book for my english class even though i was only supposed to read up to page 58. i am thinking i have a pretty good shot to pull off a 4.0 or clsoe this semester. we shall see.
since my mom moved out life has been alot less stressful and just.. better. everyone is happier. only 27 days (maybe more depending on when the renovations on the apartment are done) until i move into my place. i am so excited!! i had a 2 hour break between classes today so i went to my moms apartment for the 1st time to see it. it is very nice, i was highly impressed. i got to see knicki and shmoopie who i miss so much. i think shmoopie is still a little shaken from the whole move but he will come around, i hope.
yesterday me, cathy, my sister, and ruffy booked our trip to new orleans for april 29th - may 3rd. we will be seeing dave matthews band at jazzfest !!!!!! it feels so great knowing when i will be seeing them again - only 87 days!! plus rumor has it that the summer tour dates are being announced february 24th, which i REALLY can't wait for because then i can plan my summer stops and where i will be getting front row center for :-D
i am happier than ever with charlie. he is giving me my ring tomorrow (the store he bought it from originally kept telling him another week, another week, and this has been since christmas..) so finalyl last week he had enough and told them to cancel it because he had it with them. he got another 1 somewhere else which he said is beautiful. i have a feeling it is a 14 karat gold double heart ring with a diamond and our initials engraved, but i guess i'll have to wait to see! :-D
i really am getting impatient and want to order my eliptical machine NOW so i can start working out daily ASAP, but i'm thinking it will just be alot easier to wait until i move cause that is a pretty big thing to move.
leaving work in 20 minutes.. gonna try to get my 2 short stories for my literature class done before i leave.
