hey. another semester is done. I didn't do all that great, even though I tried really hard. Go me.
I went to work today at the hospital. I work tomorrow too. There goes my weekend.
I'm joining an online dating site. I need a life. Maybe this will help.
Friday my boss took myself and a few other MSU diagnostics lab workers to lunch. We boozed and laughed. It was good times. I actually felt happy...that's something that doesn't happen too often. I had a rather interesting conversation with Fred. For being my boss he sure is friendly and willing to talk to me about things. He asked me if I had plans for Friday night because everyone else did and I said no. He seemed surprised and told me that there was no reason for me to not have anyone to hang out with. I have no friends at MSU except one girl and my friend Omar. I wanted to go out and see a movie Friday....but it didn't happen for obvious reasons.
Dammit! I'm smart, pretty and likable. I could get a boyfriend if I really tried. So that is what I'm going to do. Starting today I'm putting some real effort into being sociable. Enough is enough.
